Went in to buy a blower motor for the furnace they did not have the exact one so [redacted] brought out a different motor and said don't use these 2 wires and it will work just fine. we asked are you sure it will still work and he replied yes. we brought the motor home installed it just the way he said to and it didn't work. we then called spoke with [redacted] asked it if we could exchange it or get our money back and he told us no that all we had to do was purchase another part.we are on a very low income and couldn't afford the motor let alone another part.so on 6/18/2012 my dad and I went into B&B to explain the situation and that [redacted] guaranteed that would work and we wanted a resolution to the problem. The old woman behind the counter started getting mouthy with my dad right away and when he got mouthy back she threatened to call the police so we still have no resolution to the problem and I'm out $138.
