[redacted] has removed the funds from my account at this time. I am currently waiting for further information from [redacted] regarding the dispute. Not only did [redacted] dispute the items that he didn't like but disputed the entire amount which included items he was satisfied with. So currently I am out all the money plus shipping. At this time I would like to wait for [redacted] before I proceed with with action of harassment against [redacted]

Review: Seller sent a product that did not match the photo or description on their web siteThey said I could return it but I would have to pay for return shippingI should not pay anything out of pocket for advertisingIt was not my errorSeller also has an [redacted] store which has negative feedback that states that the seller has sent many other people the wrong product as wellThis appears to be a common trick the seller likes to playIn one response on a negative feedback, the seller states he sent a return label to the buyerSo why won't the seller do the same for anyone else or me??? Very deceptful and the seller stopped email contact after a couple messages leaving me empty and without resolve.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund including return shipping costsThe seller was using a special promotion of only $Priority Shipping to send the product to meSending it back to the seller would be more expensive for meIf the seller is unwilling to pay for return shipping then I want a full refund for the actual costs that I have in and keep the productI do not want any kind of buyer/seller relationship with this seller ever again

The buyer emailed stating they were not happy with the problem and we responded and offered a refunded upon returnThey have already disputed their payment through [redacted] which provided them a refundNo return has been received as of yet

I am rejecting this response because:This company is a liarI have not received any refund from [redacted], nor have they ruled in anyone's favor as of yetThe company offered a refund but only if I pay for return shipping which I shouldn't have to since they were falsely advertising their product - The whole reason for this disputeThis company also sells on [redacted] and had received negative feedback from other buyers for doing the same thing to themThis is a bad company and the public needs to know about them
