B&B Remodeling

My wife and I purchased a house from [redacted] at B&B Remodeling. One of the terms of the contract on the house was to install a drip edge on the house because of the fact that there was not one, [redacted] agreed. Upon our follow up visit the drip edge had not been installed and [redacted] said that is was to be done the following day due to the rain that we had been receiving which was the Saturday before we were scheduled to close on that Monday. Based on the work we had seen that he had done to the house we didn't think that we needed to follow back up. After closing on the house I did verify that a drip edge had been installed and it had been. I didn't think to check the quality of the install as having seen the other work that he had done to the house. A few months later we had a bad wind storm come through and blow all of the drip edge off the house. This is when I noticed that the drip edge had not been installed correctly. We contacted [redacted] through our realtor to fix the issue and he stated that he would not as this was not his issue as these things can happen in a wind storm like we had. This is not the case had he properly installed it with some sort of fastener other that shoving it under the shingles.
