You need to fix the floors that were damaged by your faulty installation Your repeated claims about the thorough nature of your check list are not satisfactory We did not have a flooding issue before The ten gallons of water clearly accumulated over a long period of time (since installation), and obviously I wouldn't notice the issue because I'm not in the habit of checking my heating system pipes It took me until my floors were noticeably damaged before looking into it. I hired "professional" so I wouldn't have to worry about this type of thing The professional failed Fix my floors.Regards,

Hi ***,The Cranney Home Services process begins with our Installation Technicians going over unit locations and procedures necessary to complete the job in a way that is satisfying After proposing multiple options, you agreed to the system provided in the locations discussed We
installed the system in early December Upon completion, as a standard, we go through a point Post -Job Checklist, which includes checking refrigerant pressures, air temperatures, checking the duct system for air leaks and insulation, and pouring water down the drain All of these requirements were met with your approval and signature. We didn't hear of any issues until nine months later when the existing floor drain backed up We stand behind all of the work that we do and cannot be held responsible for work that we did not do We feel that all of the appropriate steps were taken to ensure a proper installation

Review: B&B security had an advertisement in the jersey journal which I had called in respond to. the advertisemnet was about security training classes for $50. and job placment through them. I thought it was agood idea for me since I did not have a job and money was tight. I made an appointment over the phone to meet. I traveled to their place from jersey city to new york. paid may $50, on that same day I was told that they have several training levels for different level of pay, I took the level that will pay me enought to support my 3 childrens. to make the story short I took a level that requires, fire guard preparation , cpr, anti-terrorism metal detection40 hours enhanced security guard course, etc. I went back the following week I brought in a $100.00 money order to pay for the courses mentioned which the cost of the course was $438.00. after that day I got a phone call from them asking nme to bring the rest of money to start the classes. ni financially could not bring the money as they asked me for to bring it within a 3 day period to begin classes. they never mentioned that to me either over the phone or at enrollment day. the whole thing came to be unreall and they were giving me excuses about classes not being ready to start again until another 3 monthss, so I at that time did nothing waiting until they were to informed me of the next courses available. I telephone them several times after and no responds,left several messages and no respond, then months passed and I had to travel to puerto rico,to take care of my family, I want to know what I should do about how to recuperate my money paid to this individuals. I like advised as to how to.
