***Dear Ms***:We are aware of Mrs
***’s complaint and are currently waiting for a 3rd radio to be delivered to our dealership and installed in her vehicle.On August 1, we
sold
*** *** a pre-owned *** SonataAt the time of
purchase it was agreed that we would repair or replace the radio as
part of the car dealMrs*** was told that it would be taken to
a *** dealership to be diagnosedWe then called the nearest
*** dealer and were told it would be repaired under factory
warranty.After taking the car to
***, they informed us that the radio was not under warrantyI
discussed this with Mrs*** and we agreed to find a replacement
radioWe learned that *** had multiple radios for the vehicle
she purchased, but she did not want to be inconvenienced to come to
the dealership so the model number could be verified prior to
ordering a unit.We ordered a radio based
on our best knowledge and the vehicle was brought in so the new unit
could be installedUnfortunately it was the incorrect model number
and another unit had to be orderedIn an attempt to keep her from
being inconvenienced again, we kept her car and provided her with a
loaner car and gasHer husband, who was not
on the car deal, contacted us about a brake issueOur service
department looked them over and repaired them at no cost to the
customer.A new radio arrived and
was installed in the ***Our Sales Manager checked to make sure
it was working properlyHe called the customer to pick up the
vehicle and sat in the car with her to verify everything workedShe
had no complaints or issues and agreed that it was fineShe thanked
him multiple times before leaving.She
had the car back for only a few days when she started complaining
that the new radio was scratched and nickedIn an effort to satisfy
her we have ordered a new radio and are awaiting its arrivalWe will
contact her to bring the vehicle in when the new unit arrives.We are doing everything
possible to get this situation handled as customer satisfaction is

I am rejecting this response because:
First of all, whoever wrote that message acted as if they personally spoke to meI have no idea who that isI have asked that the owner/general manager call me to speak with me THREE times yet no one didSo I am sorry, I have no idea who "Dara" isShe made no effort to reach out to me personallySecond of all, I was given a loaner because it was agreed upon when I bought the car and you agreed to fix the radioPlease do not act like you went out of your way and did me a favor because you did notAlso, when I picked the rental up, it had miles to EHow is that full of gas?? When I went in to say something about that, the response was "well there is miles to E, you have enough." I did not accept that answer and finally someone filled the tank up for meThis is after my husband was told to stop calling and yelled at by the salesmanMy husband was involved because well..he is my husbandHe knows more about the car industry and how to help meThe fact that I am his wife makes this his businessAlso, you mention that I did not want to be "inconvenienced" by bringing my car out to make sure the radio is correctWhat you fail to mention is that I did not want to be inconvenienced for the THIRD timeI live in *** ***I work in *** ***Lee's Summit is not a hop skip and a jump awayWhy would I bring my car out there "just to make sure it was the right one" but if it was the right one, I would have to drive back another day to have it replaced because the so called third party just makes their own schedule I guessIt ended up NOT being the right radioI was told SPECIFICALLY by Marty AND John that they COULD NOT KNOW if the radio was correct until the installer was there to try itSo therefore me driving out there, so that Marty and John could LOOK at the outside of it and see if it looked similar would have done me NO GOODThey are correct that they are trying to fix and resolve this issue and hopefully it is correct this timeThe new radio they installed has nicks on itScratches on the face and when I speak over Bluetooth, no one can hear meWhich worked perfectly beforeThank you for wasting my lunch time once again in typing this response
