I purchased a car from them un Oct 2015. I have had problems out of this car since driving it off the lot and here we are in Jan 2016. I paid 3500 down and 14000 in all. I cant drive the car oil pours out as soon as we put it in. Expensive Oil! Now the car has quit working and every malfunction light is blinking. There is no possible way that I will continue to pay the note on this car and its not driveable. I will be taking every measure to get my money back. I will be contacting every news agency because I dont wish this to happen to unsuspected People getting their taxes and buying vehicles rigged up enough to drive off the lot.","neg-1
Vehicle has extensive leaks does not run since purchaseWe got this car in Nov 2015 paid 3500 down and have paid 300 a month on time since then. Oil has been leaking since the next day. It smokes cuts off engine and steering lights are on. The car is not in working condition yet we still have to pay the note for the next 4 years.Desired SettlementI am seeking the engine to be changed, or another vehicle of the same that I have, or a refund to myself and the bank that financed the car.Business Response Vehicle was purchased without a warranty AS IS . the customer test drove the car on two occasions before purchasing. The customer has driven the vehicle over 10000 miles since purchase in November. Customer brought the car back to us and we had the customer fill out a goodwill acknowledgment consent form, and both the alternator gasket and the the timing chain cover gaskets were replaced at no cost to the customer. We also replaced the battery at no cost to the customer. mileage comment should have read that the number of miles the customer has put on the vehicle since purchase would be over 10000 miles in a years time.Consumer Response [redacted]Document Attached[redacted]The dealer is telling lies. His mechanic continued to sabatoge the vehicle. The original mechanic actually stopped dealing with him and he continued to use the mechanics assistant which he uses today. Here is my info from bmw roadshow. There is no way on the world that I would have purchased this vehicle with th this kind of stuff going on. We got the car in November and all this was going on without our knowledge but the dealer knew. It is extremely not right to let Him slide by with his deception to make money and rig up vehicles and not care whether they run or not. If I was a white customer the car would have been fixed the proper way the first time he received it.
