We had a glitch with our gift cards the past couple weeks and have helped other customers with thisIf she would like to come in our location with the gift card and proof that the $was paid to purchase the gift card we would be happy to put that money back on the card

Back in February is when we first started this early bird special. It was supposed to be the first showing. They changed this policy almost immediately to be any show before noon. Our website said any show before noon, but our staff understood that it was only the first
showing. We are currently honoring what our website says, so all shows before noon will get the discount. There will still be the charges based on the Grand Screen room or 3D, but besides that, any show will be $6.50. We will give her a refund for this amount. I still have the email so I will reach out to her to issue the refund
