charged #3) your [redacted] was put a flatbed truck because most [redacted]'s are all wheel drive which can not be towed on the ground B&B towing has been towing [redacted]"s for many many years and never had a complaint about power steering so if you're having problems I suspect the problem was prexisting because of an older car , You even ask us if we wanted to buy the car #4) if you read the bottom of your receipt that you signed you are to notify B&B Tow before you leave the property of any damage which was not done If you had a power steering issue you would have none as soon as you started you car #5) I do not have one messege from you asking me to call you I do return all call no matter what if I can be any more assistance feel free to call me [redacted]

A/C, the bumper and the grille.I am attaching the receipt and pictures of the damages.We called BBTowing Inc so many times for 2 months and left messages to reply.  The owner and manager had never replied us and even thought they didn't want to file our damages to their auto insurance.If they did not reply to your Revdex.com or me, What should I do ?Should I file the small claim ?Please advise me.Thank you again,[redacted]

Know the law! Massachusetts Commonwealth it's illegal to ticket parked cars for non out-of state registration. To get around the technicality they check-off M/V moving violation. BB Towing proceeded to tear my car from the parked spot and tire skid mark pictures were taken as evidence. BB Towing speculating on age of vehicle is irresponsible.And yes I have the audio file from phone calls to BB Towing quoting  price of storage and tow, and messages left with BB Towing receptionist. No the car was never offered for purchase at BB Towing.It's clear BB Towing doesn't want to take accountability. They would rather deny and refute problems, as well lie about facts. BB Towing will-be sued for maximum damages to include: tow, damages, loss of work, rental, legal fees, and inconvenience. Let the judge make legal decisions.I will be suing the tow company for maximum damages. CI will be suing the tow company for maximum damages. ]

Review: My car was hit by a B & B Tow Truck being driven by [redacted]. I was at a stop light on [redacted] boulevard and he was in the left lane taking a U-turn at a green arrow. He excelerated past my car while I was stopped and hit the drivers side and took off the mirror. He pulled over taped my mirror back on and promised to resolve the issue immediately as the company could repair the damage in the auto body shop they had in house. He was communicating with me for a few days regarding ordering the part, etc. and then told me that he was delayed due to a family emergency. I advised him that I needed to get the repair done soon otherwise I would have to file a claim with my insurance company as I wanted to do so prior to 7 days after the incident. He stopped being responsive so a claim was filed on the 7th day after the incident. He ignored requests from my insurance company and refused to provide a statement. The owner of the company was contacted and the insurance company believed to be used by B & B Towing was contacted and a claim was initiated. The driver ([redacted]) finally gave a statement to the insurance company where he falsely claimed that I hit him. I then provided additional details to my insurance company including pictures of the location, text messages with the driver from B & B towing, the assessment of the damage from the adjuster which evidenced the fact that I was not at fault and that he initially claimed to be working on expediting the repair of my vehicle as he was at fault. I found out today that the insurance company B & B towing claimed to be insured by said that their insurance coverage lapsed prior to the date of the incident. I now do not have recourse to seek reimbursement for the damages & deductible. The damages in total were $1,173. I am seeking immediate reimbursement of this amount or will file a claim under MGL Chapter 93A.Desired Settlement: Reimburse me in the amount of $1,173

However, before going into [redacted], I ran across the street to use the bathroom at a a local business. I then went to [redacted] and purchased lunch and spent about a half hour there. When I went back out to the parking lot my car was gone.I asked the employees at the the [redacted] if they thought my car had been towed. They said that that had not requested and indicated that I should call B&B Towing.I called B&B Towing and they indicated that they had towed my car. They indicated that I would need to pay them $130.00 in cash. When I explained that I had eaten in [redacted], they made no offer not to charge me. I had to walk 2 miles to the B&B towing which took close to an hour.When I got to B&B Towing, I paid $130.00 in cash to have my car released. I asked for the owner's name and the dispatcher, [redacted], said they did not give out the owner's name.When I got my car, I found a scratch on the rear passenger's door that was result of the towing. I then drove back to [redacted] to get the correct address and location of this establishment, and in the process of doing so, noticed that there was a B&B Tow Truck parked in front of the restaurant in view of the parking lot. There was one car in the parking lot at the time, and the parking lot has about 15 parking spaces. When I parked my car in the parking lot, there were only two cars in the lot. I asked the driver if he had towed my car, and he said he couldn't remember. I tried to write the plate number of his vehicle down for reporting purpose, but there were absolutely no plates on the vehicle.B&B Towing has violated my rights as customer, and [redacted] should be notified that the B&B Towing company is exploiting its customers. My car is scratched. I was charged $130.00 unfairly,was towed by a tow truck that had no registration plates.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $130.00 and want to be reimbursed for whatever the cost is for removing the scratch from my vehicle.

The car was towed but not illegally from [redacted] the parking lot is large, but not all spaces are for the store only about eight spots are for customers that are shopping inside the store. Were contracted by [redacted] to patrol the lot because off lack of parking in the lot. The store is in a area with many other’s that don’t have parking this has been a on going problem for many years. They will park and go off to other stores, if the lot is full, people will not stop to do business because of lack of parking. Just like Miss [redacted] when she parked here [redacted] silver in color and went to [redacted] shop. The driver walked around saw that she went to another store so then the car was towed. The parking lot have signs that are well placed to advice of the parking. And for the scratch on the car she picked the car up and after paying she inspected then never saying anything about damage. So because the car left the property with out advising the employee of any damage, at this time I will not take responsibility.
