today I visit Revdex.coms fashion location at 44th & 6th ave in Tucson, AZI was in there looking for a Christmas dress for my office party todayI found a couple items to try onI was greeted very nicely from the fitting room employeeAs there policies they have to check each item & make sure they have a sensor going in & coming out of the fitting roomThe lady after me made a HUGE deal about it, that it's rude & how she owned her own business and why do you need to check it each outfit so much etcThe employee told her "I'm sorry it's our rules here from the manager." The angry customer made a huge scene & was making rude comments to the girl at the fitting roomAfter she left the fitting room, she went to the front of the store & told the manager what had happenedThe lady manager and customer got into a very loud argument that could be heard from the back of the store until the lady leftThe whole time I'm in & out of the fitting room trying on different things I heard & saw everythingThen as I go back in to the fitting room to put back on my regular clothesA couple seconds later the lady manager goes in & yells at the poor girl! OMG it made me felt so uncomfortable & upset for her She told her employer "why you so rude!!! What did you tell herDon't talk to customers like that! Tell them it's your job! You need to be nicer don't be rude! Tell them I said it has to go like that!!" Then she left I walked out of the fitting room & said I'm so sorry, she shouldn't have yelled at you in front of customers like thatHer response is "they do that more then you think.." ugh it really upsets me because I've seen the managers being so rude to employees before & that's why I stop shopping at Revdex.com's but I really needed something asapI felt like I needed to say something because the poor girl wasn't rude she was very niceSo as I went to the front, I asked to speak to the lady managerAs she came out, I went to the corner to talk to her in privateIn a nice manner I told her that it made me felt uncomfortable how she treated her employee in the fitting room because I was in the fitting room the whole time the incident happen and she didn't do nothing wrongThe lady took it the wrong wayI think you should have took your employer to the back & talked to her in privateI wasn't even done talking & the lady waved her hand at me & said "well bye! Leave! You don't teach me anything!! I don't care, bye!" I told her "how are you supposed to be a manager with that kind of attitude??" She said "are you done, bye! I don't care!" Then I asked for her name her response was "why? You're not going to shop here anymoreLeave! Bye" This isn't the 1st time I've seen the managers be so rude to their employees and customersI'm so upset and feel so bad for everyone who works under themI use to go there at least 2X-3X a weekThe employees would see me & knew I was a regularThey always gave great customer serviceBut it's the managers who suck at what they doI will never shop there againI hope this can change because that's not good business

Then I asked for her name her response was "why? You're not going to shop here anymore. Leave! Bye"

This isn't the 1st time I've seen the managers be so rude to their employees and customers. I'm so upset and feel so bad for everyone who works under them. I use to go there at least 2X-3X a week. The employees would see me & knew I was a regular. They always gave great customer service. But it's the managers who suck at what they do. I will never shop there again. I hope this can change because that's not good business.
