Thank you for bringing this to my attentionI don't understand why people have to be so ungratefulMs*** stayed at this location and upon check in was informed that visitors were not allowed after 11pm, was informed that only service animals were allowed, which she claimed she had two
Guest room was paid by her father, because her daughter caused her mom to have three strokesThis was through her father's mouthIt was brought to our attention of days staying in that room that there were pests in the room and would like to moveUpon inspection by the executive housekeeper, she was moved and we came to find out that she had more than dogs in the room which she claimed were all service animal (one for each child and member that was in the room as service animals)She had filth in the original room, the room that she was moved to, she would not allow housekeeping to enter the room, and when allowed would only let them by the bed area not the bathroom sectionBecause they could not let the staff enter towards the bathroom section, we were unaware that there was a leak in the pipes which caused the ceiling to leakWhen management inspected the room, the room was damaged and un-rentableWe gave the guest the option to check out the same day and get partial refund- (which they took) or pay the damages that they causedThey accepted the refund and decided to check outThe father was called in and was very displeased and ashamed of their behaviorI don't understand where we were wrong.*** ***General ManagerBudgetel Inn & Suites

We did apologize for the inconvenienceThe hotel is under construction and they were put in a construction room by accidentThe guest was informed of the error and was offered another room but they preferred to check outNo charges were processed for the inconvenience

I am rejecting this response because: no we inform the front desk the very first day and I had one service dog I was not responsible for everybody else's the person who came in to fix the AC knew it was leaking and just left it I don't care what my dad said about my behavior I have four kids under five and kept my room up to date with the cleaning myself  I even borrowed a vacuum from the maid service to keep my room clean you're trying to hide the fact that you're wrong maybe my daughter sick and I told you guys I had to move rooms are not responsible for the damages that your maintenance guy allowed to leave my dad had nothing to do with that you guys made my daughter sick with the room you put us in I kept my room up-to-date without any of the maids help  I didn't need them to do any cleaning because I did the cleaning before they came and there were several times they came in and did my room and just chose to do the bed and vacuuming they didn't go anywhere else that was on them not me now I'm not my dad and you guys made my daughter sick by neglect your maintenance guy knew the roof was leaking and left it and I came to you guys several times about the pests  you knew that the other tenants had two dogs and I have one service dog any other dogs in that room are not mine and there were only four at a time that you guys were aware of no day was there more than four animals there and you guys are the ones that you're to put them in one room  I did not except a partial refund because of the disrespect toward my daughters health we should've got a full refund for rooms I came to you guys that night after taking my daughter to the doctor and informing the front desk all day about the mold and no one came in to remove it I had to remove it myself even the maid didn't want to enter my room
