Review: For my order [redacted] for Bee Line x Timberland Chukkas, I just got this package a few minutes ago and it was completely empty. I am not sure what happened and it does not look like shipper error or any tampered with it. When I contacted BBC, they said they opened a UPS investigation, but I never heard back. I went to UPS myself and they said they were never contacted. I asked several times for my money back, never got it. I would like to be refunded for this empty box. We have been communicating with the customer regarding the packaging and the missing merchandise since he first contacted us. When he first reached out to us, we started an investigation with UPS to find out what happened to the missing merchandise in his package. UPS did start an investigation, but has not kept us informed regarding this specific investigation and any updates for this package. We thought this investigation would not take this long as well. Usually when we start investigations with UPS, it only takes about a week and we are able to move forward in a resolution with our customers.
