Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
[Mr. Fredi [redacted] lied about everything he said to me as of July 15th, 2016 and July 16th, 2016 that I met him last before I filed for this complain. He apologized for selling the car and promised to pay me in August.  He requested that I should give him time as he was going through difficulty paying his rent. He also mentioned that he was sick, when his wife sold the car to pay his hospital bill. I was very disappointed by the way he handle the businesses I gave to him and selling the car because he had the title and was able to do so. I could not trust any word he said about paying me, when he refused to fix my cars that I give him timely. he accepted his fault but I could not believe a word he said about paying me back. There was no issue about paying him $250. The car did not have suspension problem which he lied about. I have information and pictures of the door that needed fix. I have witnesses of individuals who introduced me to Fredi [redacted], that have been requesting Fredi [redacted] to fix the cars I gave him to work on including this 2003 Toyota. He has sold the car to his credit, all I am asking for is total refund of my money as he promised.  The lying and changing story is not a good business deal. I need him to pay back $2264.00 and $360 a gave for repair. He sold the car and made profit and therefore need to pay me back my money plus additional expenses he caused me.
Regards,
  [redacted]

car. I explained to her that my fee to do that was 250.00 which she agreed to. After she purchased the car via online from AA Auto Insurance Auctions using my information, she brought the car to my shop. I explained that I would be charging for parts and labor which amounted 2800.00. She quoted “I need to keep the car in your shop because I do not have any funds to have you repair the car.”   Three months passed from January 22nd   (April), 2015, and she said “I am ill and do not have any money. I need a little more time for you to be able to repair the vehicle.” Time passed and I did not see her until on or about June 2015. The last time I saw her, I told her that I would start charging her a preservation fee of 15.00 per day. She only wanted the car suspension fixed and take the car to Africa. However, she never paid me for the preservation fee, labor or the title transfer that she never changed to her name and the vehicle was still in my name and business.   I specifically stated that I would be moving and asked her would she like to take her car and she said no. I did not move until May 2016, she came to the new shop located at 13820 Bellaire Blvd #D. She brought me 350.00 for the car suspension, with that money I bought and fixed the suspension for the 2003 Toyota Camry.  I completed all repairs consisting of damages to the Quarter panel and the inside rear right side door post.   Mrs. [redacted] never reappeared until July 22nd of 2016, she came to my shop inquiring about the 2003 Toyota Camry. This is when I told her that I sold the car, I explained that she had abandoned the vehicle and since the was on my property and in my company’s name for a year ½ it was accruing fees, with no word from her, By her not appearing for several months, I took it upon myself to cover the expenses by selling the car, this is not including the $6,660.00 for the 18 months of $15 per day for preservation fees.                                                   ... Sincerely,                                             ...          _______________________________                                         ...
