Review: I am unable to contact the business to cancel an auto ship order. The 800 number is not a working number. I have tried for 2 months to contact and stop this auto ship. The number that is listed for them on my credit card is 888-507-[redacted]Desired Settlement: Stop the auto ship now

Review: This company has charged my account 5 times for $94.94, claiming to have shipped product and have received nothing. When contacting them they said they had my address as 1016 with no street name and that the first time was placed in mail box-don't have mail box. Second and third time was given to a receptionist. I don't have a receptionist. They will not resolve the matter. They keep telling me they will have a supervisor call and no one calls. I have no product and have paid them $474.70 for 5 so called shipments.Desired Settlement: I want my money back!
