We are in receipt of the complaint lodged by Ms. [redacted] regarding her apartment at...

[redacted], Rochester, MN 55904. We have or will complete all repairs listed no later than October 19, 2015 at which time these repairs and the condition of her apartment will be verified by the Rochester Building & Safety Department on their routine inspection of the property.
I believe that part of the communication confusion dealt with two tub issues scheduled for repairs or updates. The tub drainage issue has been resolved and the tub wall surround will be completed this week. I have contacted the cleaning lady who made an attempt to stop by the unit on her routine hallway cleaning days but was unable to find the resident at home. I thought the problem resolved since [redacted] has not mention it on her calls to me. I have provided the cleaning service with [redacted]'s contact information so that this issue can be resolved.
