I had someone call me from BBM a collections company stating that I owed $ to US bankAfter going over the info I set up a pmt plan for $on May & the balof on July I explained to the rep I had to wait a month for the final pmt cause I had just paid my rentHe put me on hold for quite sometime then came back & said OK I can do that for you & took the 1st payment on May 31stSo on June 15th 2wks later the final pmtwas taken outSo I called the to let them know what happened & the Rep got VERY rude & refuse to let me listen to the recordingHe told me the money was taken out & "that's that!" He said if I wanted my money back he would give it back & SUE me for over $2,& if I wanted to listen to the recording I would need to take them to courtHe said the recordings was to PROTECT THEM NOT ME! I ask to listen to the recording to see if it was ME or THEM who misunderstood the dates of the pmt & he STILL refused to let me listen
