Terrible We first did a USDA loan, had to submit nearly pages of needed materials and the next thing we knew we got an over income email Stephanie Croce received our income and paycheck stubs to prove it and said we were fine, but then we're $over the limit After that we went the FHA route and had to put 3% down plus closing costs This was a nightmare! She said we would not have to submit new paperwork she would use the old stuff and we would sign what they didn't have, not the case, we started from scratch We had a pest inspection done from the first loan and used this on the second too That was a nightmare! We ended have to get contractors over there from suggestions Also I ha rained in SC for weeks and the moisture report was 3% higher than they wanted, they didn't even consider the rain All of this being said it cost us and the seller a bunch of money because of the he said she said stuff that BBMC couldn't agree on Stephanie never answered our phone calls until days before closing I told her my concern with the lack of communication and she denied it and said she kept talking to my husband We work at the same place so I was always there when he spoke to her after several attempts attempt piece to get a hold of her Needless to say I could go on and on about all of the issue with that and the lack of communication and her telling us one thing on the phone and withing 5minutes-hours later it was the exact opposite, then she did not answer phone calls after that for the day If it wasn't for our Real Estate agent helping is out and continuing to work so hard for us, we would have dropped everything and stayed where we were Worst house buying experience ever

BBMC did order an appraisal the first week of May The appraiser did have trouble contacting the client to schedule the appraisal After many attempts the appraisal was scheduled and completed approximately days after it was ordered A copy of the appraisal has been sent to the borrower electronically Another copy has been sent today again

On my first call I found Mike [redacted] @ BBMC putting forward extra effort to help Mike instills confidence Great job team

Michael Cat the Carlsbad, CA Branch has the ability to be very professional and be personable at the same timePreviously, we had a bad experience with [redacted] and Michael did all he could to make things happen in a positive mannerHe kept us up to date on all transactions and we were in constant contact during the whole processOn many occasions he would ask how things were with the family to make sure the stress of this Refi was not getting in the way of our personal lives-something other banks never doOur bank, [redacted] , created a lot of delays as you might imagine but Michael made the Refi happen with a lot of work on his partHe is a true team player and I would love to have him working on my team! Feel the entire process with BBMC was misleading at best if not a down right falsehoodMy first contact kept giving us the run around about wanting to help vets etc When he finally gave us some preliminary numbers we decided to stay with our present mortgage A day or so later we received another call from Marcuis who said he was the other guys boss and he was going to make this work Should have stopped there but we did not Marquis sends us this list of documents (later than promised) and expected us to return the next dayWe made copies on Saturday and sent them off Next came the appraisal nightmare I told Marcuis there were NO comps close by and when the appraiser finally contacted us weeks had passedI also told Marcuis I did not think we had enough equity to which he replied "no problem, we are a VA loan company"100% bla bla bla Well as I suspected the appraisal was a total joke, she even listed schools miles away when we have new ones less than a mile away and her comps were a joke Went by one and it looked like a manufactured home Any way no need to tell you the outcome Would not recommend this company at all as I feel their tactics are not in the best interest of the customerI should have known better when the fist voice mail I left said and the message said "I will return your call at MY earliest convenience"

BBMC Mortgage takes all complaints seriously The appraised value on this property came in below expectations BBMC Mortgage followed all protocol to have the value reconsidered The reconsideration process did help although the value was still below what the borrowers expected Due to the short fall on value we did our best to propose another option to the borrowers The borrowers elected to continue with the new option The borrowers always have the option to withdraw the loan at any point The new option still had a net tangible benefit to the borrowersThe loan closed on October 14th and the closing paper work contained a first payment letter that clearly stated that the first payment is due December 1, and was signed by both borrowers We do understand that the borrowers were disappointed with the appraised value, which BBMC Mortgage has no control over, and as an act of good faith we will refund the borrowers their appraisal fee

Bridgeview Bank Mortgage is deceitful They took my $to do a home appraisal and never paid the appraiser I had to pay the appraiser directly Now BBMC refuses to even talk to me to give me my money back I cannot get Michael [redacted] or anyone else at BBMC I am forced to resort to reviews like this BBMC has dealt with me fraudulently If I knew how to take legal action against them I would

BBMC takes all complaints seriously This file was sent to an investor to underwrite as it is a USDA loan on 11/12/ On 11/16/the investor would not approve The borrower was contact immediately on 11/to discuss other courses of action The issue were explained to the borrower We had to remove some credit issues not just pay them off The emails look clear but may have been misunderstood With the removal of the credit issues the desired out come may have been in our favor The investor did send out the denial accordingly As an act of good faith BBMC will be processing a refund of the appraisal fee to the borrower on 11/29/

8-19-2015/ It's been weeks to this dateI submitted all my sign documents, check stubs,ssan #,ectall of a sutten I can't get anyone to call me to update my statue.very unprofessional

I am not a customer of BBMC but had a an awful customer experience. Sunday 9/25 I emailed HARP for more info and received a phone call right away. They transferred me to BBMC for refinance information. I spoke to [redacted] Lake who identified himself as a long time BBMC banker. We talked and he took some information and said he would call me Monday morning. I was a bit cautious of his tone. We hung up and I looked BBMC up on BBB and after seeing all the complaints, many of which fit the tone of the telephone call, I decided not to pursue. I immediately called HARP back and the gentleman said he would call Mr. Lake back to cancel the request. In addition, I went on MYBBMC and sent a "Contact Us" with the detail asking they cancel. On Monday, Mr. Lake called me back. I told him what I had done to try to get a message to him cancelling the request and he said "Unacceptable and you need to listen to what I have." I said no thank you and apologized for the time he spent to which he replied "Not acceptable, I have done the work." and hung up. Rude and insulting. I am thankful I checked them out and cancelled my potential affiliation.

I'M AT RISK OF LOSING A HOME WE HAVE UNDER CONTRACT, 4K ALREADY INVESTED AND POSSIBLY GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST BBMC AS MY LOAN OFFICER HAVE NOT BEEN DOING HIS JOB AND DOES NOT EVEN LET US KNOW WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM SO WE CAN GET IT FIXED BEFORE IT IS TOO LATEMy wife and I are first time buyers and after all the calls we got after registering on lending tree Richard [redacted] from BBMC stood out as he called us on a Sunday spoke very well of how they take pride in helping us veterans and was very quick to respond to any questions we had any day or timeAfter a lengthy debate with my wife about going to the local military credit union I convinced her to go with Richard as he was always accessible although we were not even in the same state (BIG MISTAKE!!!!) after starting the process we got our "pre-approval" in days and began house hunting We found a home not long after and went under contract on February (a Sunday) sent in the contract to Richard and his associate received a call back that day!!! (A SUNDAY) and promised us a closing date of days or less which would work out great being that our lease on current home ended in days at the timeNow this is where it all went down hill, we are first time home buyers so we don't know anything and still don't know anything having been going through this process with Richard as we were never kept inform or made aware of much After going under contract I have been unable to reach Richard, the one time I was able to reach him after the appraisal on the home was done as it took longer than it should for us to get the report (according to my realtor) I was basically told it is not in yet and don't call us we will call youAfter not hearing from Richard for almost two weeks we decided we need to give him a call to get an update on what's going on as we have been in the dark the entire time and it's close to the day goal he set, we called Richard daily and sent him emails all of which went unanswered for a entire week (this is the guy who called me on a Sunday! ! and was always available before we decided to go with him as our loan officer) and to make matters worse we are on day of our contract the closing date he promised at this point we had to go on their Web page and search for Richard boss Gregg [redacted] my wife spoke to Gregg and he assured her he would have Richard call her, two hours later wife spoke with Gregg again who this time walked to Richard and instructed him to call us and asked my wife to call him back if Richard didn't Within five minutes a miracle took place as a robotic sounding, unhappy, yes, no and thank you saying Richard called to inform us of a problem with our loan stating he need more information on our student loans, how much we pay, deferment letters etc at this point we are pretty upset as those documents were already sent in beforewe then asked how long as this been a problem? And when were you going to inform us so we could get it fixed? He ignored our questions and state he will do all he can to get this fix and request we send him the documents again that we already sent explaining our student loansNow days after being under contract we are pretty much homeless as we had to leave our home at end of lease, I am hoping BBMC will do the right thing so we can close on time and not loose all that is already invested in the home (appraisal, inspection Ernest moneyover 4k not including money spent on storage movers and other unplanned expenses)
