This Dental office is billing me wrongfully, I called times now to get the bill resolved and never got a called back to fix the issueEvery time I got someone on the phone they promise to call back but never got one

This dental office sent me a bill addressed to me for another patientI called to advise them and the office manger refused to get on the phone or call me backShe had her office assistant call me back onky to say they will correct itToday I got another bill addressed to me with no explanation (that was the fix)I was told the billing department moved and there is no number to contact themI was also told the New billing dies not know what they are doingI actually believe this is also a hippa violation so I'm am researching how to report this and get it correctedThere is no number for their corporate office on the site and no way to contact anyone besides the office manager that does not respond

Some people are professional whiners.  The reason they want the plan back is they are trying to get their money backfor the plan they weren't happy with.  I have no interest in the drawing.  I ask to use it simply to submit a drawing of my own and since they have a very large...

property, it saved me spending hours measuring.  I went to their home and we had a long conversation about their wishes.  I told them that their desires didn't fit their budget.  I went back a second time with our new drawings and they told me they had already decided to go with the low bidder.  They could have told me that before I went back for a second visit.  A few days later, Mrs. [redacted] called me and told me they had decided to have us do the BBQ work but someone else do the paver work. Her husband would be calling. Several weeks later she called again and asked, "has my husband called yet?"  By this time we had finished the job we were doing in her area.  I told her she could send us a "call tag" and we would return her drawing or I would deliver them the next time I was in their area.  They live a good 50 miles one way.
