He states that the car was $8425 the rest of the amount is taxes and finance charges. He states that the consumer test drove the...

car and stated that the car was kind of loud. He states that the car has two mufflers and one was locked. He offered to fix the muffler for the consumer as well as preform a front wheel alignment. Mr. S[redacted] states that the consumer purchased the car as is and states that he did not have to make any repairs to the car but wanted the consumer to be happy with his company so he offered to repair those two things. He states that he repaired both mufflers, fixed the radiator, and is supposed to do the alignment today. He states that he will not be making anymore repairs on the car.

We do not know what issues the customer is having with the vehicle at this time and why they claim the vehicle needs $2000 worth of repairs.We usually take care of our customers as long as they bring it to our attention with a reasonable attitude instead of bringing strangers-that we don't even know or dealt with-walking in to our place of business threatening and using foul language at-as they did before.We will be happy to address any further problems with vehicle if we are aware of it, if we have to safety check the vehicle again we will do so as long as we are giving enough time to go through itThank you

I just want a safe vehicle for me and my children. If they do not wish to make appropriate arrangements for you to give me back my money down payment and is insecure return your vehicle. In addition to this I would like to refer to what the dealer indicated that they offered to repair imperfect without problems, since we had a discussion as elos eve refused to do all the necessary work.
