I am very sorry to hear that this customer is having trouble with an item they purchasedWe keep records of all items purchased over a year periodAlso, we buy directly from the phone manufacturer and only sell brand new items unless other wise listedThis new item was purchased Dec ** 2015,

The customer does have a 1 year warranty on the item in question from the manufacturer as stated in all our online listings.
