Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I submitted a complaint to the Revdex.com regarding this company around weeks ago regarding their assertion that I owed (initially) $of the unused portion of a year contract that was automatically renewed every years without notification to the customerThey suggested that if we were to pay 1/2, $without any issues, they would be satisfiedRevdex.com did contact them and they immediately called me stating that they will now be willing to settle for 1/of the bill, $for a practice that has been illegal in the state of Pennsylvania since 2011.Given the predatory nature of the now illegal action, I do not feel any additional moneys should be exchanged, other that for services that have been preformedWe have been a reliable customer for years and had no idea that this type of an obligation existed Regards, [redacted]
