Good morning,[redacted] contacted House Doctors on January 12, 2017 to make reapris to her home.  On January 26, 2017, House Doctors Replaced a 20 ft strip of gutter and a section of fascia, 3 stories high, it is in 2 pieces because the gutter runs behind the chimney due to the way the...

house was build. On March 23, 2017, [redacted] contacted house Doctors and said she noticed their is water falling from where the two pieces of gutter were joined.  On April 5th, 2017, House doctors arrived at the property and did a water test but was unable to recreate the leak.  House Doctors modified where the two gutters were conntected to fortify the area where the customer said the lead occuredOn May 8th, 2017, [redacted] contacted House Doctors and said the water is actually leading where the gutter are connrect, but is actually leaking over the top of gutter but behind the chimney.On May 24th, 2017 House Doctors arrived on site and performed an additional inspection.  House Doctor communicated to  [redacted] that this is a different problem than the one repaired by House Doctors.  This water drainage issue is due to the original construction of the house in that the gutter lies between the roof and the chimney and was installed such that the gutter narrows between that roof and the chimney resuling in overflow due to the narrowness of the gutter at that location where the roof and the chimney are next to each other.  See photo attached.  This problem can be corrected with a new work order, but it is not related to poor workmanship on House Doctors behafl.  We are plesed to offer a one year warranty on work performed, but we cannot perform work related to expanced scope of job at no charge.Please contact Tom L[redacted] for addtiaional details at ###-###-#### or ###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because:On 1/12/17 I received an estimate of $394 to $492 to replace the entire length of gutter running across the back of my house after sending pictures of the damaged gutter.  I will accept $450.
