I am reaching out due our company receiving a letter from the Revdex.com with a complaint from [redacted] [redacted] Prior to receiving this letter we had made several attempts to speak with [redacted] and rectify the problem, as he stated in his complaint I did speak with him after the day of the eventUnfortunately we had a transmission problem with the vehicle scheduled for his daughters weddingWe then contacted an affiliate, which was thought was a reputable company, that had the same vehicle to do the weddingWhen speaking with *** after the incident he did advise me that he himself owns antique vehicles, with that being said he was not impressed with the vehicle that he reserved with usAfter taking the proper steps to take care of this situation we tried contacting ***, after the first time him and I spoke, multiple times via phone along with an email and he has yet to get back to usWe want nothing more than to take care of this situation, if you are able to reach out to him directly and let him know to contact us so we can take care of this matter that would be greatly appreciatedPlease let me know if you have any questions, I look forward to hearing from you

the day of the event. Unfortunately we had a transmission problem with the vehicle scheduled for his daughters wedding.
