I sent this to our accounting firm and was waiting for them to put it back on his card It slipped through the cracks and didn't get refunded in a timely manner I have called him and talked to the complainant and got everything resolved Thanks Eric

We paid a $deposit first on Jan for my son, Kolton, to play baseball and he was on the Star Path teamWe paid another
$on February we were actually about to pay more but I am glad we didn't 
because on March we received an email basically saying they were not going to be having a team anymore from
*** *** who is the Executive Director
He said he would get an update later to us about the refundAbout a week after he let us know that he spoke to the board and that the accounting firm was getting checks readyWe got an email on
April from him stating he didn't know what the hold up was but that someone
was trying to purchase the company and he was no longer dealing with refundsHe stated the Board of Directors are, I hadn't heard anything elseI emailed him back asking who they are and never received a response

I have contacted BC Baseball a number of times trying to receive a refund for the baseball tournament *** - Hardball Classic - Rings - AA, that was rained out on April 28th, No games were played that weekendThe cost of the tournament was $ My account was charged $on 2/9/ Per the companies refund policy it states Due to Weather, refunds are as follows: "No games started or completed; a full refund of entry fee less $administrative fee" I have not received the rain out refund amount yet to dateI have emailed and called *** and *** of BC baseball and have not had any returns to my emails or phone calls I would like this issue resolved

I received an email from this company saying that a Baseball Tournament we signed up for was being cancelledDue to this, I have been trying to get in contact with the company about a refundThe person I normally talk to, his name is JoshHe had told me in the past that refunds and everything go through the Board of Directors and had given me an email to themI have emailed them twice and not received a responseI have tried emailing Josh twice and have not received a responseI went to there website and called the phone number they have posted, and nobody answers and tells me the voicemail box is full so I can't even leave a message

On January 28, Bc Baseball charged my credit card for my son to play baseball for the upcoming seasonOn February, the director rhett quinlan sent me an email informing me that he did not have enough players for the team and he would refund my moneyI remained in near weekly contact with Rhett as the refund never happenedHe kept assuring me that the refund would happenAfter weeks and weeks of patiently waiting I finally gave him a deadline to return the funds by (march, 2017)After that day I sent another email to the orginization explaining I needed my moneyHowever, They did not reply which led me hereI have every email sent back and forth since the beginningThey kept promising my refund but never gave it
