Review: I ordered a product from www.bcboxes.com on 4/24/2014 and I still haven't received it. It was paid for through a pay pal account which I am going to file a complaint with them as well and try to get my money back. Today is 5/17/14 and the product I ordered is still not here. I've emailed the company inquiring about my order and no response. I called 4 days in a row last week and I called again yesterday the 16th. Left messages every time requesting a call back or an email to let me know if and when my product will ship. No reply from anyone, phone or email. It sounds like a legit phone # and voicemail recording when I call. Voicemail states.. "Hi, this is [redacted] with Hazemaker Boxes, please leave a message..." I've emailed, called and left several messages - no response, no product but I certainly paid for it! I am beginning to think I was jipped of my money and this website is not legit and if it is.. Very POOR customer service and communication and where the heck is my box that I ordered and paid for?!?!?!!Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my money and this company to go away so they cannot take advantage of one more person! If I'm not getting my money back, I want the product I ordered!!!

Review: I ordered the product from said company and did not recieve it. I emailed muliple addresses and called multiple times with no response. I have doubts the said company exists.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. If the company does not exist I would like to have their webpage taken down so no one else makes the same mistake I did.
