I was hired by [redacted] to do a pergola at her homeI quoted her the quote and she agreed to move forward The job was not rushed and was done according to plan When Ms [redacted] informed me of the water standing in the middle of the patio, I immediately took action and went to see what she was referring toI didn't see any problem on the concrete floor but still added another layer of concrete as she asked me to do I did not charge her for the extra layer of concrete that I poured on the slab She still insisted that it was not done properly and was done unprofessionally, which I disagreeI take pride in my work as I am a builder and have been for years and have never had a complaint in the past I take full responsibility if I know the job was not done properly, but in this case I know it was This is why I went back to try to correct the problem she stated was wrong, but it didn’t matter what I said or did she still seemed unhappy any way I attempted to fix something that didn’t need fixing I was referred to Ms [redacted] by my neighbor who had the exact same pergola done at his home and is extremely content with his and didn’t change anything or do anything different I have plenty of happy client whom I can get references from to back up my work
