Review: I live in [redacted] community in Smyrna and we have a community clubhouse. One of our residents fell on the tread mill and bleed on the carpet in the exercise room. I have been trying to get BC Communities to clean it up the correct way for two weeks now. They have made some effort but it was never taken care of as a contaminant. The blood is still there.
They charge everyone in the community $120 a month. They say they have professional cleaners come in every two weeks when the pool is closed but I have yet to see the floors cleaned. I have tried to get them to take care of this. I have pictures to prove this.
Also they are suppose to take care of violations of the community rules and they don't seem to be taking care of this either.Desired Settlement: To have the services that we are paying for. I have emailed the company along with others in the community and they are just giving us the run around.
