Review: [redacted] installed a hoistway for our elevator. Part of his responsibilities was to tap into our existing phone wiring to provide emergency telephone service in the event the elevator gets stuck. In the process of doing so, he caused our land-line phone service not to work. I've tried calling and texting him (his preferred method of communication) several times to please send over the electrician to at least show me what wires he tapped into if not fix the situation. As it is, our phone will not ring (although we can call out). Our phone lines were completely operational before his work, and now they are not. Not accepting responsibility for his faulty work is not acceptable. Now that he has been paid in full, he apparently feels no responsible for his work. There was finish work he did not complete as agreed, but we hired other people to complete the work because it was so hard to get him to finish the job. However, the phone lines are a different story. I do not know what wires he tapped into.Desired Settlement: He needs to send out the electrician ([redacted]) who installed the phone line to the elevator and tapped into our house phone wiring.

Review: This business is awful. It was so difficult setting up an appointment for them to come out and do the job, that it took 2 months. Often the owner would call at 6:30 am and say he would be coming over that day, despite it being late notice or request to plan in advance so I could take off of work and be there. He was also pretty rude on some calls and voicemails. With the extreme disorganization and indecency, I would not have simply left a key. I had purchased this through a local deal or I would have just called another business. When someone finally came, the paint job was pretty bad and not even worth the discounted deal I had paid for. The painter also must have stepped on the tank of my toilet instead of using a ladder, broke the porcelain tank lid, did not mention it, tried to hide it underneath a roll of toilet paper. The owner did say he would replace the lid. This was September 30, 2014, and it is currently February 3, 2015. Despite many, many, many calls to the business and hearing promises of the lid being replaced, I have not seen it nor do I think I ever will.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Replacement

I would like the broken and promised toilet tank lid or a refund of $53.
