[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Since submitting this claim, Mr [redacted] workers have contacted me twiceThey said Mr [redacted] had them sign a contract that they couldn't talk to me but they didn't know what else to doThey said that Mr [redacted] contracted them to do the drywall and he also wanted them to hang the pocket doorThey said they told Mr [redacted] that they only hung drywall but they had an associate that could hang the doorThey said they finished their part of the job (the drywall) and requested paymentThey claim that Mr [redacted] will not answer their phone calls and has not paid themThey said they couldn't refer their associate to hang the door because they didn't want him not to get paid eitherMr [redacted] has sent messages to my daughter's phone saying that he will be coming to finish the job but he hasn't arrivedI don't know who to believeI just know that I paid for a job, a month ago, that hasn't been completed Regards, Linda [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
Since submitting this claim, Mr. [redacted] workers have contacted me twice. They said Mr. [redacted] had them sign a contract that they couldn't talk to me but they didn't know what else to do. They said that Mr. [redacted] contracted them to do the drywall and he also wanted them to hang the pocket door. They said they told Mr. [redacted] that they only hung drywall but they had an associate that could hang the door. They said they finished their part of the job (the drywall) and requested payment. We have spoken I and the client and will be working this out. There was clearly some miscommunication.
