I am rejecting this response because:
I have now had visits claiming nothing wrong can be found, and the system still cannot cool properly I will be happy to update/cancel my complaint once the system is correctly diagnosed and repaired I still consider this to be part of the original installation, as the system has not worked from within hours of install I also find it strange that there are repeated claims the system is delivering the proper degree F temperature differential between intake and outlet (attached report) Two independent thermometers I have (picture attached) are registering only an degree F temperature differential (downstairs outlet shown) Half of what is normal Despite this, the real concern is that the internal house temperature is not cooling to the desired setpoint even on mild days

RE: Complaint ID * *** We have been working with this customer toward completing the work and the final inspectionsWe have listed below our notes regarding attempts to contact the customer and the appointments that were canceled by the customer2/21/Left message to schedule pressure test and final inspectionsLeft message for twp to schedule p/t and finalsDays available are Thurs23, Monday and or 6/7/Left message for customer to call me and schedule fixes 6/19/Mrs Called - she has to cancel appointment for 6/20, her father fell & she is going to hospitalPlease call her to reschedule7/12/left message 8/9/Mrs called to cancel on 8/- her dad is sick, wants to reschedule for 8/8/22/Father-in-law died, will call next week to schedule 10/16/have called several times and left another message this am stating we need to get this done3/5/Customer called township on 3/5/and canceled inspections scheduled for 3/5/3/21/Notified that inspections failed 4/9/Left message to schedule fixes As you can see, we have been trying to complete the inspection process with little cooperation from the customerThe permit invoice was issued prematurely, due to a personnel change in the bookkeeping department and that is being placed back on hold until inspections are completedAs stated in the contract: Cost of Permit Fees by Customer Permit fees assessed by the township will be billed as the final payment upon successful completion of final township inspectionsPermit fees are NOT included in the contract priceCustomer agrees to be available for township inspections within days of BC EXPRESS releasing the job for inspectionAs for the warranty, the customer received year parts & year labor on the equipment and that begins on the installation dateThe warranty is issued by the manufacturer and is not dependent on the completion of township inspectionsBC Express is completing the fixes required to pass the inspections at no additional cost to the customerAs to the customer’s desired settlement: “I would like BC Express to complete the work and have the final inspection pass.” On 4/9/we left another message for the customer to schedule the repairs and have not gotten a response as we are composing this“I don’t need to pay for a permit fee again” The permit fees have not been paid as agreed to in the contract and will be invoiced upon successful completion of the township inspection“BC Express should give me a warranty from the final approved date” The year parts and year labor warranty is provided from the manufacturer and begins at installationThe equipment has been installed and functional for over years

I am Guy R Service manager for BC Express. We are a little confused as to why Mr [redacted] filed this complaint. As you will see from the attached document from our dispatcher we had responded to and had not ignored Mr [redacted]. We are also concerned that the unit isn't cooling to Mr [redacted]'s...

satisfaction and are working in conjunction with the manufacturer to resolve his issues.  We do respond to our customers concerns but in this case had weather issues on one occasion  then the holiday weekend which the customer preferred we wait till the following Tuesday. We had scheduled a return to the home even prior to his complaint.  Be assured, we at BC Express do respond to our customers concerns as I am sure our record reflects.
