I am Guy R Service manager for BC Express. We are a little confused as to why Mr [redacted] filed this complaint. As you will see from the attached document from our dispatcher we had responded to and had not ignored Mr [redacted] . We are also concerned that the unit isn't cooling to Mr [redacted] 's... satisfaction and are working in conjunction with the manufacturer to resolve his issues. We do respond to our customers concerns but in this case had weather issues on one occasion then the holiday weekend which the customer preferred we wait till the following Tuesday. We had scheduled a return to the home even prior to his complaint. Be assured, we at BC Express do respond to our customers concerns as I am sure our record reflects.
