An expert by the name of Tadd stopped by to resolve a pest problem that I hadUnfortunately, I was unable to meet with him when he came over because I had work, but when I came home my problem was completely resolvedI went to the backyard to see if the rodent problem we had in our shed was completeI was so happy to be able to walk into my shed without seeing any rodentsHe even sent me a text telling me he took care of everythingA+ service!

We received a phone call almost a week later with an offer to "stop by" to check on the issue - the major problem is that the phone call was made after a replacement business was contacted to resolve our issue, and our numerous attempts to reach BC ExtWent unfulfilled for almost a weekMy request for a full or partial refund is current and never acknowledged

Review: B.C Exterminators were called by my mother, [redacted], to locate and resolve a bee or yellow jacket infestation in my 10-month old's bedroom. For weeks, we have been finding dead bees/yellow jackets around his room, and more recently bees that are still alive buzzing near the window to get out. Todd came to my house on Wednesday, October **, but due to the rainy weather, he was unable to do anything. He came back on Thursday, October **. We explained the problem and he said he had located the hive and he was "dusting" it. He claimed the bees should all be dead within a few hours. When I saw the area of the house that he was going to dust, I mentioned the high likelihood that the hive he found was the not actually the problem hive, since this hive was not in close proximity to my son's room.

Unfortunately, this was not the case. B.C Exterminators failed to thoroughly inspect our issues, after explaining in detail where we thought the bees were coming from, in addition to their pattern (always near the window). We told him we couldn't locate where they were coming in from, and he never actually told us how they were getting inside of the house (he just found one hive, assumed it was the cause of the problem, then placed multiple glue traps around the window in my son's room). He then told my mother that he was to return on Friday, October ** for a follow-up and to check on the status of the hive and any other bees still in my son's bedroom. He never came back after we paid him cash, $250.00. Since Friday, October **, we have left numerous messages for Todd and his Exterminating company, and he has yet to call us back or show up for a follow-up inspection (our contract indicated that there would be a follow-up). I really cannot explain the sheer amount of anxiety my whole family has been subjected to because the problem has gotten worse since B.C. Exterminators "dusted" one hive. Since last Thursday, we are now dealing with multiple yellow-jackets that are alive (and not just dead ones) buzzing around my son's room throughout the day. I cannot put that baby in his own crib to sleep, in his room to play, to change his diaper, or anything else.

I would like to reiterate the seriousness of this complaint. The fact is that there is a hive of yellow-jackets in my baby's room. What if my child was stung after we were assured the entire hive would be dead within a few hours? What if he had a reaction, and something worse? This is my son's safety that has been placed in jeopardy, and I will not stand for it. Payment was given, but services were NOT completed.

Today, we scheduled another exterminator to take a look. Guess what? This exterminator found the root cause of the problem, which is a HIVE that is INSIDE my son's room in the crawl space -- just as I thought, the outside hive was no harm to us, and they failed to properly inspect the inside of my home. B.C. Exterminators FAILED to even check this area, although he assured us that he did (I know he didn't otherwise he would have seen it). Glue traps near the crawl space opening are certainly not going to resolve our issue.

So, while B.C. Exterminators may have indeed found one hive on the exterior of my home and dusted it, they failed to locate the root of the safety problem that is causing my family undue stress and anxiety. Had the time been taken to actually visually inspect the areas that we pointed out that were very concerning, maybe the problem would have been resolved sooner. We are now out hundreds of additional dollars to pay another exterminating company to finish the job that B.C. Exterminators started. B.C should have listened to what we were saying about the pattern of bee activity, and the price we paid should have completely covered the removal of the hive plaguing our family -- not a hive near another area of our home that was not bothering us (those bees were not the bees that were gaining access to the inside of my home).

All in all, we still have a bee issue. We have to pay someone new to take care of it. B.C received $250.00 cash for something that was NOT resolved, and they are avoiding our phone calls and refuse to follow-up. I want answers immediately, and I demand a full refund due to the fact that we paid for services that were not provided. Since I do not trust B.C. Exterminators to "finish the job" if they even had the opportunity to do so, a refund is the only viable resolution.

Had B.C. Exterminators returned any of our many messages between Friday and today, November *, we could have resolved this problem in a positive way. This is now an EMERGENCY safety situation.Desired Settlement: I want an explanation as to why B.C Exterminators think its an approved business practice to not return customer phone calls, and above all, I demand a full refund due to the fact that we paid for services that were not completely provided.
