Customer has called in numerous times wanting credit for unauthorized transactions totaling roughly $due to identity theft The custoemr called on 10/to file a dispute and the card was blocked At that time she was told that all transactions had to settle before the dispute could be filedWe received the executed dispute form on 11/26, and on 11/27, the unauthorized transactions were submitted for chargeback with an expiration on 1/15/Proper chargeback procedures have been followed, however, the customer is unhappy as she wanted to have her funds credited immediately
TSYS Merchant Solutions representatives have placed a telephone call to the Complaintant on June to discuss person to person and resolve to the Complaintant's satisfaction
We have been in contact with this customer on multiple occasions and are making every effort to resolve their issueIn order to complete their request we are in need of an additional document signed from the customerOnce we have received the document we will expedite the resolution of their issue
