They exemplify EXCEPTIONAL service
The representative I dealt with displayed immense patience explained the "pro and con" regarding the various options that could be selected, and showed examples, in the showroom, of the various available
Having been pleasantly surprised with the excellent attention I reveived, I was even more pleased with the installers
They arrived exactly when they were scheduledThe installers were pleasantThey were very careful and placed down drop cloths to cover the area where they had to work
The installers were quick, efficient, polite and very respectful
Excellent service aside, this company was nearly $less then the next closest quote for the exact same product
Although I was not looking forward to having to 'shop around' for my new fireplace, my experience with BC Fireplace Service Inc was quite pleasurable and I left confident that my selection was the best for my situation
I highly recommend this company to those who are having to consider the purchase of a new fireplace
