[redacted] had called our office as he had described [redacted] was told that we would try to fit him into our schedule as he was a new customer B.C. Heating, Inc was extremely busy and backed up with work. I [redacted] Not [redacted] (AS SHE NO LONGER WORKS HERE AND HASNT FOR 10 YEARS) Had Called...

and followed up with every phone call to Mr. [redacted] himself. [redacted] had asked for a price on a routine furnace cleaning. I had told [redacted] that as long as the furnace had been properly maintained (cleaned) annually it usually costs between 150-250 [redacted] was also told that B.C. Heating, INC prides themselves in the fact that we do very detailed cleanings we brush we vacuum the unit and smoke pipe we change nozzle filter air filters clean draw assembly and have for the past 11 years of business. However, [redacted] Furnace hadn't been properly maintained (cleaned) for the last 2-3 years in which caused more labor intensive work. [redacted] was also shown step by step by [redacted] himself how clogged his furnace was. B.C. Heating, Inc always sends two technicians as the world has changed drastically and it ensures safety etc for our technicians. [redacted] told [redacted] at the job site that he would in fact pay his bill and showed complete satisfaction. [redacted] never questioned anything while the technicians were at his home. [redacted] was informed in which the Owner [redacted] would be one of the technicians at his home.  Upon [redacted] recieveing his bill he had called our office complaining of the bill and insisted to have money deducted from his bill he was not happy with their being two technicians and his story about the job had changed at least 3 times while on the phone. [redacted] told me he would report us to the Revdex.com and bad mouth our business around town. [redacted] was told that we did not charge him for a no heat call in which all customers are charged for emergency calls. [redacted] had then called on a second occasion in which he stated for us to take 40 dollars off his bill, then insisted we split the bill in half, then insisted to have it dropped down to 120. I [redacted] told [redacted] to go ahead and take 40 dollars off his bill and mail in a check. [redacted] then said ok Thank You and hung up. B.C. Heating, INC had again told [redacted] to take the 40.00 off his bill and mail a check in, [redacted] seemed to be satisfied with the end result.
