B.C. Hydro Seeding

Had a contract to have a new sprinkler system installed, bring in two loads of diets and then hydroseeded approx. 4,000 sf. Contractor stated they could not guarantee the grass unless they brought in the fill dirt. Over time the grass was not growing and the sprinkler system not running as it should. As time went on he stated he had put additional seeding down and thought there may be something wrong with dirt. Since the grass was not coming in but the sprinklers were running the yard is now uneven. I had contacted Steve scarcely on numerous occasions with no results. After this winter I tried again to explain that the yard was uneven, flooding and during this past summer it was home to bugs. His response was that this is why he left fill dirt for us to fill the uneven areas.
