Review: We bought a new Bosch dishwasher about 1 year ago from a local reputable appliance business. It was a "special" promotional model. But there are several issues. 1. It almost constantly stinks! We always rise off plates, etc, before placing them in the dishwasher, but the smell continues. We've never had an issue with other dishwashers that we've had before (they weren't Bosch). 2. The upper and lower racks are horribly set up. There is no easy way to fill them. In the upper rack, if you place small items near the front, they can fall out. You can't place items of any size in part of the rack. The water is so powerful that plastic pieces get turned right side up and fill up with dirty water. 3. The bottom rack has an easy tendency to come off the track. 4. The silverware rack diagram in the operator's manual wants you to place certain pieces in certain slots and others in other slots. Come on, who can and will use such a diagram? 5. When the diswasher is running, the heat buildup can be felt through the countertop. 6. The dishwasher rinse cavity uses too much rinse aid liquid. In our previous dishwasher, we might fill this once a month. Now it's about every 2 weeks and there has been no change in the number of times we use the dishwasher. We are thoroughly discussed with this Bosch dishwasher. We always thought Bosch was top-of-the-line, but not this dishwasher model. I sent an email to Bosch a couple of months after installation, but was not satisfied with the response.Desired Settlement: The issues we are having cannot be corrected, therefore replacement is the only way to solve it. Too many design issues.
