BC Irrigation

Review: I requested my irrigation system be winterized, on 29 Sep 14 BC responded to my request with this email.I have you scheduled November 20th, at 11am, please allow for an hour time frame for our technician to arrive because we will be doing closings in your neighborhood all day. Our technician only needs access to turn off your water for your irrigation system, if you know how to do this, we will not need access into your crawlspace or basement if you have one.Best,[redacted] Hughes On 15 Feb 2015 my irrigation system frozen and the system sprang a leak, I called and emailed [redacted], the next day a technician ([redacted]) showed up and stated they forgot to winterize the system, and said they would repair it at no cost to me, since it was their error. On 8, 14,15, 16, 17 April, via email I tried to get them to repair the system and I was given no confirmed date, just suggestions and asking when I was available. On 27 April I received a charge for opening the system. I called BC irrigation and asked how and why was I being charged, he said he would get me schedule and call me back. on 28 April I got an email saying that [redacted] spoke with his technician and told him that it he had already opened my system and thats why he mailed out an invoice, but to let him know if he was there or not, and so he would schedule the service ASAP.I have tried calling him again today and keeping getting voice mail. I emailed back a picture of the broken pipe taken today 4/28/15. but have not gotten a reply.Desired Settlement: Fix my irrigation system, at no cost due to breach of contract (failure to winterize)and as promised by the company's technician.
