Review: This company, BC Property, had been managing my rental home in Watertown, WI. The owner is [redacted] and her phone number is [redacted]. Her e-mail address is [redacted].
The renters have paid the July, August, and September rent. They pay $1100 and BC Property is supposed to send me $1039.50. The July and August rent was never sent. The September rent arrived last week, but the check bounced. So they owe me for July, August, and September for a total of $3118.50 plus $12.00 for a NSF fee. The owner has not responded to my e-mails for phone messages this week.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is to receive $3130.50 in a timely manner. I am willing to accept a reasonable payment plan from the company.
