In response to this complaintBC Realty is stating that tenants terms of lease are expired and will not be renewing leaseUnder Ohio law A reason must not be given per our attorneyAlso, BC REALTY gave proper day notice on March 1,in front of a witnessBc Realty was also kind enough to
allow tenant an extended day extension (with no additional month to month fee) due to health issues to find a new homeThis lease will terminate on April 30, 2017 Kind regards,Stephanie San Remo Property Manager

All issues have been addressed and proper notice was given and an extension of day was given l are expired 4/40/2017.Thank you

I feel that my question about transparency of BC Realty has not been addressedI have requested that some issues be resolved in writing by Upper Management

I believe that BC Realty has not given me any of the answers to any of my Questions or concerns!!Please advise, on how any of these matters have been addressed in writing?  Your asking me to leave without having answers to your emails from almost one year ago. Still have no contact information and UPPER MANAGEMENT has not contacted me (only Jeff) and he did not confirm your emails.
