Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Neither my husband or myself spoke to the Gutter man because he does not speak English & we do not speak Spanish Better Roofing subcontracted the gutter work and we paid Better Roofing directly for the gutter work Better Roofing is responsible for the gutter work and for resolving the issues [redacted] and the Gutter Man came to my home on October 25, 2017, and [redacted] advised that the Gutter Man would resolve the issues To date, I have not heard from [redacted] or the Gutter Man about making an appointment to correct the issues [redacted] is aware that he must translate between the Gutter Man and us and must therefore communicate with the Gutter Man on our behalf When the gutter problems are resolved, I will advise the Revdex.com Regards, [redacted] ***" ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] ,as mentioned in the complaint,he was the one to call the insurance for more money.My porch has been leaking each time it rains,I notified the contractor as soon as this happened with picture on June 2,I called him no response,,text him again on june 5,no response.A big concern was that there was work done on my house for electricity and a cable was threaded through porch and it happened to be next to leaking area very close,I had a concern about it shocking someone,this was addressed on text message.When the job was done I addressed to him about the windows,they screwed them to wall after they placed the screens,I showed them to him and he said he would take care of it.The electric job was done before the storm.All of this time has past and he never called or text to ask me about concerns.I have already contracted someone to finish this work.I do want for him to fix the leak on the porch as he was the one to do it,BUT,he will have to call to make appt.so I can be here Sincerly [redacted]

Regarding [redacted] I have contacted the complainant over the last week repeatedly and have not yet received a responseThe client has held onto the check owing and we were happy to finish the fence to secure final payment and resolve.Again, the client has failed to return correspondenceMany Thanks, [redacted]

We went out to Ms. [redacted] home and explained to her that we had nothing to do with the gutters, she is displeased with.  We only do roofs and are not responsible for anything else on her home. Our salesman refered the Gutter Man to Ms. [redacted].  We are sorry that they didn't take care of them...

propoerly.  Our next step was to  contact the gutter man to go back out there with us and resolve the issue.  Ms. [redacted] spoke to the Gutter Man and he is going to take care of the issues she is not pleased with.  Hopefully this will resolve the issue.  We are in contact with Ms. [redacted]
