With this order, we expressed to the customer their satisfaction was important to usWe explained that we have over custom sweatshirts with three applications in locations and as stated on the form there is 8-weeks minimum turnaroundThis particular set of orders experienced a
delay in the turnaround time but We were conscientious to address our customers concernsWe offered to reimburse the customer the money back but did not hear back from themWe thrive on the fulfillment of each of our customers requests in providing great sweatshirts, and are committed to resolve any mistakes we've made Kind Regards,*** ***

This is J*** *** co-owner of BC Sports LLC I am responding to the *** complaint and would like to give our side of the story I do like doing all things through email so there is a paper trail and we do not have to do the he said, I said but it's all on email Yes, we
are behind on the sweatshirt because my father/owner of the old BC Sports passed away months ago and we have never had to deal with the embroidery side of things Technically it was the old BC Sports that did these and we came in to finish all his prior arrangements so we were and still are a little behind I did explain this to him but he said, "I understand your loss but these sweatshirts have a sentimental value to these kids." First off I wish he would of wrote that in an email and second, I have worked for the company managing the screen printing side of things so I was with my father/owner for the last years and that was a total insult I never used any foul language or disrespected him in any way and have tried contacting him to see if he has got his sweatshirt to no avail I have never told him that he would get his sweatshirts on a certain day either Partly because my wife is dealing with all of that so the only thing I can tell people is we have another batch going out on a certain day I didn't tell him also because I don't know who's sweatshirt is in each batch, again I'm trying to maintain the new start to the business and still manage the screen printing part of it too Not to mention all the paper work for new business, new bank account, merchandise services, employees, and HR and more We did get two more sweatshirts out for him and the other that are floating around out there somewhere will make there way back to him as well Again, no response from him, that means he either got them and is not responding or he got them and is waiting for the other free ones Who knows? He was also hostile to my employees when I was not there and also went to my embroiderer and was hostile to her Again, BC Sports LLC will always uphold the highest standards and continue to produce a great product We have had many people who have not received there sweatshirts yet and are still very understanding Thanks for listening, J*** *** BC Sports LLC CR Jarrell, Tx ID-***

I am rejecting this response because:I received a text message from the merchant that they were sending me a refund for the full amount of the orderI never received the refund and still have a copy of the messageInstead they sent the other sweatshirt which was not the same material or design as ordered.
