I am disputing the validity of billing and repairs made to my townhome/condo without consent from myself the home-ownerAfter numerous emails to MrRichard S [redacted] and a member of the [redacted] Condominium Board of Directors in reference to the above issue, I finally attended a HMO meeting in the fall of I questioned the repairs which seemed unnecessary, and the billing practice (no receipt, no in-home estimate, etc.)We came to an agreement that the company hired by the Board of Directors to complete balcony repairs would meet with me to show what work had been completed (this should have happened before the work even started) and to make arrangements to power-wash my balconyThe company representative did meet with me to address the work that he says was completed,(which was minimal and how do I know it was truthful?) but did not make arrangements for a power-wash as per my agreement with Richard S*Instead he emailed me directions how to do it myselfSince

Zalco Realty, Inc., including Richard Skobal, agent for communities, is an unprofessional and irresponsible property management company They demonstrate poor communication skills, customer service and business practices
