On [redacted] I wrote BCB email detailing a technical problem with our residential home security system and on Monday I called their business and had a long conversation with [redacted], the owner. [redacted] 'walked' me through several methods to find our system's error. A lot of codes and procedures were involved in order for [redacted] to find our problem and provide me with the entries to cancel our problem and get the system working correctly. Perhaps like a lot of household problems our error originated with the homeowner.
[redacted] was very calm and helpful. He obviously knows his profession extremely well and I concluded he deals with the public very well.
