Attn: [redacted] ***: Number one, I spoke with Mr [redacted] from first Revdex.com notificationBCC,Inc did not misrepresent product sold and deliveredMr [redacted] had stated in his first complained that most of the units were circulatedAny units purchased that are not of mint-state condition considered circulated.Mrs [redacted] ordered units almost uncirculated which is of definition "AU" and that what Mr [redacted] receivedHowever as a part of BCC,Inc commitment to customer service I had shared with Mr [redacted] when BCC,Inc receives additional products in, we would go through the units and attempt to replace the units that would be to Mr [redacted] approval.Also explained to Mr [redacted] he do not need to ship his units until he receives an exchange.I will contact Mr [redacted] again this afternoon.Mr [redacted] had informed me that he works out on the field I believe in agriculture field and he is unavailable during regular business hours and after 9pm our office is closed.I have been out of the office and will be returning on FridayWill be working from the field to address this situation as soon as possible.Also an addition I will be offering a more expedite solution once I will reach Mr [redacted] and will provide Revdex.com with update once I speak with Mr [redacted] Thank You,Len [redacted] President

Revdex.com: I would like to reject the offer of Arbitration for complaint ID [redacted] Why should I have to pay more money? The business that defrauded me should be the one penalized and fined Even if I paid the fifty dollars, there is no guarantee that I would receive what I paid for even though Mr [redacted] has continually said he would replace the coins with the ones I had paid for, he has done absolutely nothing and the Revdex.com is letting him get away with it Sincerely, [redacted]
