Based on the customers' measurements we provided materials and installation as discussed. Unfortunately there was not...
enough materials allowed due to the measurements provided being inaccurate. We attempted to make arrangements for installation to be completed on Monday, but could not come to terms on the cost of the additional materials and installation. We have now come to an agreement and are scheduled to complete the installation on Tuesday.

They did not make arangment but blackmailed us to pay or they would not finish the job. The installer said that it was not because of measurement but because the sales guy did not write up the stairs correctly. Then just to add insult to it, the second bill had a 97 dollar charge for carpet and 50 for a second install (even if the first install was suppose to be for two days and they only did one) but that charged me 172. If you do the math that does not add up.

Upon investigating this purchase, the customer was overcharged $17.59 due to a miscalculation on the salesman's part. Unfortunately with the original purchase, our installers are paid by the footage of materials not based on the time spent during the installation. With regards to the material being necessary to complete the project, if we have not been to the job site to take measurements we cannot guarantee that there will be enough materials.
We will contact the customer by the end of the week to discuss reimbursement for the miscalculation.
