Review: [redacted]. Consumer purchased a kit from this company on 9/9/14, it arrived missing several parts. Consumer first called the company in October and they said they would take care of it. Consumer called them again in December, but nothing has happened. Consumer sent them a list of the missing parts by mail.Desired Settlement: Consumer would like delivery of the missing parts.

Review: in october 2014 ordered a dvd & tools I spoke to owner [redacted] by phone the day before veterans day he acknowlegd cashing my check of thirty five dollars and apoligized for not delivering and would do so immediatly I have called numerous times no response also wrote letters twice asking to deliver order or refund money at this date of 02/05/2015 I have recieved niether iwould say I have been more than patientDesired Settlement: refund or deliver order thank you

Review: I purchased a Tippi Foam wire cutter from a online store, the item was defective so I went thru the warranty of the company. Took me 3 weeks to get ahold of them, when I did they said send the item back for a replacement. I sent it back, now 1 months later no response to any of my emails or voice messages on their phone machine. This item is for my business and its a important tool.Desired Settlement: I need the item replaced its a vital took for my business.
