BCI has a strict return policy, so having lost the receipt, I tried to get a store credit for unused hair in unopened packaging ( [redacted] - for crochet braids colour 1b and 2; pretty popular needless to say) In the last couple of years, I have spent over $at BCI and even though I understand they have rules, how it was communicated to me by the manager was rude and unprofessional Regardless, I wasn't trying to pull a fast one, I didn't even want my money back I won't be shopping there anymore, it was good while it lasted, but I'm willing to spend more elsewhere if it means that I will receive better customer service
