I wanted a quote to put new gutters on my two story home. BCI came out and looked at it and gave me a quote much less than I expected. I asked, "When can you start?" They put me on the list and came out. They were very professional and did a very nice job on my home. I had roof heating cable and they had to take all of the pieces of downspout and unthread them all the way to the end of the cord. Then they had to rethread it all back together again. They did a great job on my house and I would highly recommend them.

I can highly recommend BCI Exteriors as an excellent choice for roofing, siding and window installation. I've had two houses roofed by BCI and new windows installed in my residence. From the sales representatives to the craftsmen doing the job they completed the work on time, on budget and beautifully. The old roofs were removed in a reasonable period of time, the new shingles installed quickly and all roof debris was cleaned up without damage to the landscape plantings. The new roofs look beautiful. Their employees represent their company well.

We had a great experience from the beginning to the end of our project. We installed 3 exterior doors and 1 interior door. The doors were exactly as described and have definitely decreased our heating costs.

We had BCI put a new roof, downspouts, and gutters on our home. We were very pleased with the workmanship and efficiency of the BCI workers. Within a few days, all work was completed and the yard was totally cleaned up. Someone was always available when something needed to be discussed. All employees with whom we had contact were very accommodating, friendly, courteous and worked diligently with expertise. We would not hesitate to recommend BCI Exteriors to family and friends.

BCI Exteriors installed Rain Drop Gutter Protection on our home and attached garage about one year ago. After experiencing four seasons with our new gutter protection, we remain highly satisfied with the results. During the past year, my husband has not had to climb a ladder to clean out our gutters. BCI Exteriors arrived promptly the day they installed our Rain Drop Gutter Protection, and removed all job related debris. We would recommend BCI Exteriors to our friends and neighbors.

This is a great company to do work with. I originally hired them to replace my siding from hail damage. The work was fantastic and the individuals that came to the house were very friendly and polite. They came back a year later to inspect the siding and make sure I was still happy with the work. They noticed I had some ice damning by my gutters. Come to find out I needed insulation in my attic. The guy I talked to walked me through the options they had and what was entailed in each option. They came up with 3 pricing modals so I could pick one that fit my budget. they came out right away and insulated the attic and I've saved an average of $80 a month in heating and cooling costs since the work was done. I'd strongly suggest anyone who needs work done on their house to contact BCI. They do quality work and they stand by it. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I'll call them for any future work.

BCI Exteriors installed both siding and windows on our home in June 2014 and we are exceptionally happy with quality of work performed and the new look of our house. The workers were friendly and polite, completed the job on time and the removed all the job related debris. We are exceptionally happy with the ease of opening the windows . This makes it very easy for cleaning. We now have a product that is beautiful and definitely like the lifetime warranty. I would recommend BCI for all your windows and siding needs.

BCI replaced all the siding on my house with Smart boards and two years later, still looks great. They were timely, conscientious and responsive to my concerns. I had some issues with noise when the wind blew on my dormers and trouble with squirrels in my attic...neither was directly related to the work they were doing, but they resolved the problems anyway.

I am usually not the review writing type, and I forgot about my disappointment with them until I was looking up to see if my windows could get me a tax write off and saw that they didn't have many reviews and I wanted to make sure people were warned appropriately. [redacted], the co-owner I believe, came out to give a quote on 5 window replacements. He is a sweet talker. He made me feel secure, which was a big mistake. I put a large down payment on the windows when I signed the contract. I was told that install would be in 4-6 weeks and that guys would be out to do the final measurements in a few days. Well... 4 weeks went by. No one was out. I called [redacted] asking about when my windows would get installed. He said that I just wouldn't answer my phone. Well, despite me calling him multiple times and numerous emails that included my information, [redacted] "wrote" down the wrong number and for weeks I did not hear from anyone. Already wasn't estate about this... but I understand mistakes happen. I was also waiting on a quote/sketch from them for redoing my kitchen. Well, when a month goes by and I don't hear from anyone... despite my calls questioning it, I move on. Got more kitchen estimates, had plans, hired a guy, and they were already starting to build custom cabinets by the time [redacted] had to come out here to do a "resolution" because what I paid for hadn't even started at that time. He said, "oh, but [redacted] did such a good job on these drawings, I feel bad" Well, [redacted] when you ignore a customer for this amount of time... they are bound to lose faith in your company, move on, etc. So while that happened and they ordered my replacement kitchen windows without even doing final kitchen sketches and getting them approved my me, they would not refund me for the windows or even credit for the different sized window now needed in the kitchen. So trying not too lose out on the money I already paid and the rest I am contracted to them, I found different places to put those windows... the work had changes slightly and I signed for an additional 400 dollars to get them placed elsewhere. Did I want to order the new sized kitchen window from them? Heck no, taking my business elsewhere. The nightmare doesn't end there. Day comes to install windows... don't bring the windows that were originally for the kitchen and contracted now to go elsewhere. Seriously, you want me to wait even longer than 3 months to get the windows installed that were supposed to be installed in 4-6 weeks. Now they say, [redacted] changed his mind and will credit me the windows. NOPE! Just get them here. Put them in. It was a contract. I am done with it. And done with you. So they put them in... more problems continue. Contracted for interior sills... didn't bring wood for those. Interior stops... didn't bring wood for that... installers say they don't even know about that. Bring o it contract, states specifically. Why does no one know about this [redacted] contract? Mess all over my living room windows. Hand prints all over the walls. No caulking on some windows. One on exterior is framed wrong (seriously, why would you frame one window different from all the others?) Black marks all over my 2nd story siding around window. Gap in window. I mean, please just get it right the first time and you don't have to waste my time and yours with your multiple visits back to correct your mistakes. Supposed to be professional installers. Anyway, all in all a huge freaking headache of an experience with them. Would never get more work done with them or recommend them... but rather warn people to stay away! I have had so many people working on my house and never had such a horrible [redacted] show.
