I work within the [redacted], we used to have most if not all of our landscaping done by the program group. Recently I have been seeing your guys truck all over the complex, I personally have watched the same group of men work around the grounds. I just wanted to say that compared to what this place used to look like, those guys are doing an awesome job, especially with our many trees and flower beds. I understand how important customer feedback is to small company. Keep up the good work. I might need some residential work done around my home as well.

Review: BCLS offered terribly poor service during 2013 grass cutting season. They failed to show up on any consistent basis -wthen they did - they offered a very substandard service along with missing complete sections of my yard. You never knew when or if they were going to show up. I have told them for several years now that my yard is to be done every 2 weeks. Most of this year it was done once a month but I was still charged for twice. My yard looked horrendous for the main part of the season. Even when I was able to ask someone working in the yard (I rarely saw anyone since I am at work all day) about missing parts of the yard - I was told to call [redacted] and talk to him about what was missed. I have sent a copy of a map of my property to allow them to see what needs to be done. They still did not do it correctly. On top of a terrible season - I just got a contract in the mail (I have never signed any kind of contract with them before) where they were raising their prices and would be put on a yearly type of contract. Needless to say - I will not be using their services ever again.Desired Settlement: To warn others of their poor services - they have grown very quickly and have taken on way too much work for them to handle reasonably. They charge for work not even done.
