I will NEVER do business with them again They sent me someone else's order I emailed the (they said a hour response) on 9/24/ I emailed them again on 9/29/ No response yet I tried to call the phone number (714-254-1400) and it is no longer in business My only alternative now is to contest the charges on my credit card Whoever this outfit is, they are scammers DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Review: On February 10, 2015 I ordered 2 [redacted] compatible inkjet cartridges from BCMYinkjets.com . After receiving them I found the cartridges were NOT compatible and did not work with our ** machine as they had stated.

On February 17, 2015 I called and spoke with [redacted] at BCMYinkjets.com. She assured me that she would email me an RMA request for return and USPS return label.

On February 25, 2015 after receiving no form of communication from [redacted] or BCMYinkjets I attempted to contact the company again. I was initially told that [redacted] was no longer an employee of the company. I was then put on "hold" for a brief period of time and then hung up on. I attempted to reach the company on 5 additional occasions and only reached an automated system that "transferred" me to sales and then disconnected the call.

This company knowingly sold me a bad product and is now failing to follow though on their return policies.Desired Settlement: I wish for them to contact me and provide our company with a full refund for the ink cartridges ($38.97) purchased.

Review: Purchased 6 ink cartridges on December 2. 2014 and paid for the 6. Delivered 2 in mid December and on packing slip it had 4 on back order. Have called for the other 4 on Jan. 2nd or 5th. They said they would call me back in 45 minutes which they never did. E-mailed them again a week ago with no response. Asked for a credit for the other 4 and the cost of shipping or the other 4 cartridges. Still no response. Don,t believe they intend to honor there commitment.
